I’m Laure.

I’ve walked this path myself, through amenorrhea, PCOS and fertility struggles and found my way back to full, vibrant health and have gone to have a daughter. That same power lives within you and I’d love to support you on that journey.

“I believe that as women, we all are innately fertile. Your body holds deep wisdom and so much of what you need to heal, restore, and thrive is already within you. I give you the tools you need to transform your health and restore your fertility.”

My story

I struggled with fertility for 7 years. Seven years of riding the emotional rollercoaster of hope and heartbreak, enduring endless appointments, rounds of IUI & IVF, being diagnosed with PCOS and then “unexplained infertility”. Nearly a decade living without a cycle, without answers, without feeling at home in my own body. In my darkest moments, I felt broken and consumed with fear that I wouldn't have my own children.

But somewhere deep down, a part of me still believed there had to be another way. It wasn’t a specialist or a clinic that finally showed me the missing piece.
It was something simpler, something I wish I had known about from the very beginning.

Learning to understand my own body through the Fertility Awareness Method changed everything. It gave me answers when no one else could. It reconnected me to the rhythms of my body, helped me uncover and healed hormonal imbalances and it lit a spark that would become my life’s work.

Today, I’m a certified Natural Fertility Educator and menstrual mentor, I'm here to share the knowledge and insights I gained, guiding you through a transformative and holistic journey to restore your fertility and create the family you dream of.

A little bit more about me…

Before stepping into this work, I spent a decade in large sales and marketing corporate roles. I’m grateful for the lessons and growth those experiences gave me, and equally grateful to have found my soul-aligned career, one that lights me up every day.

I am also a birth and postpartum doula, as well as a Zenthai Shiatsu practitioner. While my main focus is supporting women in the preconception phase, I also work with postpartum families from time to time. I believe the postpartum period is one of the most overlooked and under-supported seasons in a mother’s life and I feel deeply honoured to nurture and guide women through that tender transition.

Originally from the south of France, I’ve lived in Spain and Amsterdam before moving to Australia with my husband 15 years ago. While Australia feels like home, I miss my family, the French mountains (my happy place), and yes, good French cheese and wine!

With a background in teaching yoga, I went on to specialise in Fertility Yoga, which I now weave into my programs. On a personal note, I love kirtan (bakti yoga - chanting mantra), a practice that opens my heart, fills me with joy and uplifts my energy.

I’m a nurturer by nature and find so much happiness in cooking for my friends and family. I enjoy experimenting with different cuisines and love both savoury and sweet dishes (yes, I’m proudly gourmande!).
